1. What this covers

“Submitted Materials” include any:

  • photographs, letters, diaries, certificates, or documents

(c) private information that a reasonable person would expect to be handled carefully.

We may ask you to remove or replace content if we believe it creates privacy, defamation, or legal risk.

7. Removal requests

If you later ask us to remove certain Submitted Materials, we will consider the request. However, once content creation has started, changes may not be possible (including due to our no-drafts/no-revisions process and printing constraints).

8. Responsibility and indemnity

You are responsible for the content you submit. If a third party makes a claim against us alleging that your Submitted Materials or instructions infringed their rights or violated the law, you agree to cooperate with us and reimburse reasonable losses and costs to the extent caused by your breach of this policy, subject to applicable law.
